Two accounting frameworks, one report — with no need for IT to free up capacity.

Our management accounting and bookkeeping logic was technically demanding: cost centres, allocations, ERP data, complex mappings, and German GAAP (HGB) and French IFRS reporting views all had to work together seamlessly. Within a few weeks, a stable ETL process with dynamically switchable BI reports was created — without internal IT support, as there was simply no capacity available. Adding the relevant core attributes directly at journal-entry level was particularly valuable.

This allowed us to switch between HGB and IFRS views and selectively include or exclude allocations and cost-centre logic.

First the foundation, then the technology. Otherwise, you just automate the mistake faster.
