As a manager and both internal and external consultant, I play to my strengths at the interface between finance and IT. Expertise in corporate management, controlling, accounting and consolidation, combined with deep IT knowledge in business intelligence, data analysis, databases, ERP and cloud technologies, enables me to comprehensively plan a company's digitalisation and implement it operationally.

Automation of data pipelines, digitalisation of manual processes, review of existing processes based on lean principles, and design of new processes and systems.

Developing digital, finance and data strategies and breaking them down into concrete goals. Building steering and KPI systems, budget and forecast processes.

Mapping and supporting the entire value chain through reports, automation and digitalisation. Integration of holding and mixed groups, post-merger integration, consolidation, accounting automation.
