How does Pentalink relate to our internal IT?
We have proven approaches to integrate your internal IT and complete the skill and know-how transfer successfully. When needed, we can also work independently of your internal IT — so we don't tie up additional resources.
GDPR and data protection?
Hosting and tooling are matched to your data's protection needs — from cost-efficient, highly available hyperscalers, to EU hyperscalers for elevated requirements, up to dedicated high-security hosts. Anonymisation and pseudonymisation by design, role and access concept at platform level, DPA incl. sub-processors per protection tier.
Are 90 days realistic?
Yes. The timeframe doesn't depend on special requirements — we define those together — but on a proven implementation approach and a clear requirements analysis. We discuss the prerequisites for a 90-day go-live in the initial workshop, so the project succeeds on time. Based on 17+ delivered projects.
What if we want to change scope midway?
Modular fixed-price structure allows extensions without contract breach. Scope changes are transparently recalculated, not billed through hour stacks.
Who does the work — a senior or junior team?
Senior staffing throughout the entire project duration. No pitch-senior who disappears after contract signing.
Do you also offer ongoing support or other billing models?
Yes. In addition to the modular fixed price, we offer flexible service models on request — hourly, daily-rate or retainer, e.g. for ongoing operations, further development or support.
